  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Has anyone used the Kia Stinger Lexicon Pinot their ‘23 or newer Genesis to tap signal for aftermarket amplifier?

If this diagram is the same for Genesis, I think the front doors would be best because I’ll get a full range of audio signal going to my LC2i.

This is what I’ve used for the last 4 cars but those were all Bose.

Logically, should be the same setup. If anyone has experience with tapping into LEXICON would love feedback.

Current car: 2024 G70 3.3T Prestige.

Prior:
2020 Cadillac CT5 Sport
2018 Camaro SS
2014 Chevy SS (just SS) Resonator Delete
2008 Pontiac G8 GT (Solo Axle back)
1996 Mustang GT Convertible 5spd Man

Just did 2-10in subs in my 2025 3.3 prestige. Never touched an electrical wire in my life, took about 4 days to do including research what the hell i was doing, but got it done top to bottom and looks phenomenal, sounds even better. Bought Zenclosure custom box for a flush OEM+ look. I'll post some pictures when I have the internet bandwith back at home.

I just used pins 1,2 and 16,17 for my sub wires and on the other connector (i believe pin 8) for the ACC signal for the remote turn on wire. No need to use a LC2i if you have an amp with High Level Input, I did a Kicker CXA1800.1 amp. Not sure what you would be using the door speaker signal wires for if you're only doing subs, either way, all guides I came across for both stinger and genesis used those 4 pins.

Probably already know this, but if not, the Lexicon amp is in the DRIVER side trunk well. NOT the passenger side (location in the Stingers). I learned that the hard way, removed all the clips and bolts just to stare blankly at a box that looked nothing like the amp i saw in photos.. took a while before I even thought to check the other side. The more ya know.. Either way, good luck with the install and feel free to ask any questions you have. I've considered making a guide of my own after the amount of learning I had to piece together to finish the job, not a whole lot on this for our platform.

Thanks for chiming in. Where are those photos! Lol. I'm really curious what your enclosure looks like.
