Extended warranty?

I am having difficulty finding a dealer who will sell me an extended factory Genesis warranty (2021 G90) at this point. Has anyone had experience with CarShield, Endurance, or any other national brand warranty? Thanks!

Check out Granger Warranty. I bought one from them for my Ford, and they offer warranty coverage on many makes and models.

Only as mentioned for my Ford. They are a Ford dealer and as such sell the actual Ford backed warranty.

No experience with other vehicle brands or coverages offered, but they are legit. They post on the Shelby forum I visit.

Is it still under factory warranty?
if so...you can find a Genesis dealer who will sell you a factory backed Hyundai warranty

Endurance was one of the top ones to get - with the least amount of pushback & BS. Over the past year they have become a lot more stingy, however. Unfortunate - since their warranty rates are certainly on the premium side.
Other companies to look into - Zurich, Fidelity and Route 66. Anything else (other than factory extended/cpo) I would not consider.

Good luck finding a Genny dealer that will sell you an extended factory warranty however. There is almost zero profit margin in it for them, that is why they always offer and push hard on the 3rd party warranties, which they mark up through the sky.

Penske Genesis would do it and quoted me $2500...but that was 2022 and I didnt buy my G90 from them
Dont know what they would do now

Factory warranty, IMO, is the way to go
I also suspect you could get a factory warranty from a Hyundai dealer as well

Factory backed warranty for an out of warranty G90 was like $5000 back then...so big difference in one that is still in and one that is out of warranty in regards to cost

I always heard that extended warranties were big profit center for car dealers??
