  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I find it hard to believe that the lettering on the back of my very expensive GV70 can be pulled away by simply washing the car with a sponge. Anyone else have this issue? Is Genesis responsible and will they rectify this very cheap product?

I’m sure they’ll replace your emblem. I removed the factory and installed a black one.

IMO, that is good. Just take it all off and improve the appearance.

Most badging is applied with double sided tape. This tape can fail, be faulty from the manufacturer, or be compromised by snagging with a cleaning item or water pressure. Get some 3M automotive tape and reapply the letter of you still have it. This isn't a Genesis thing as most auto manufacturers do this.

Exactly! I always debadge my autos. I didn't debadge my GV70 as it has matte paint and I can't buff it out behind the badges.
