This has been down for about 6 months now - and my dealership is equally frustrated. How can you leave a critical website down for this long with no repercussions? As a CIO, I would have been fired months ago if I let critical sites stay down for this long! What is going on?
I've talked to my dealership, sent emails to Genesis directly, submitted tickets and I'm getting ZERO answers. It seems to me that the moment the 2026 models were released, all activity for 2022-2025 models came to an abrupt stop. Are they not supporting "old" models anymore? No support for 2025 models in 2025? Their technology services are some of the worst I've ever seen. Which is a shame since the technology is very good - but the support is unbelievably bad - nobody seems to know who looks after which components - maps vs infotainment, etc. There are still bugs in their infotainment system from the last update and there seems to be no attempt to fix any of it. I will soon be paying for this service and this is completely unacceptable!
Anybody heard anything yet?
