Tried to pawn off damaged vehicle as new and pristine. Did a phone purchase
and car was delivered on carrier. Found several areas of damage. My close inspection saved me. No payment made. Sent the car back.

Avoid Trent, Gabby and Hollis at Pohanka. They are thieves.

South Shore Hyndai in Valley Stream NY leased my uncle a 2011 Genesis under the pretense it was a demo, when in fact it is used. As I understand, Hyundai Motors do not lease used cars!! The case now sits with the BBB...

This was leased directly from the dealership. HMA even confirmed that they will not lease a used vehicle...and HMA is where it's financed.
