Is it at all possible to have the passenger seat belt chime when unattached as driver side does? Can't seem to get the wife in the habit of buckling up.

Hello I have been having problems with my passenger seat belt everytime i have the window down the actual seat belt hook hits the plastic side and makes a knock noise.... anyways to tighten up the seat belt so it stays tight next to door/plastic?
