reset

2012 V6 Base. I like to use Trip #2 to to track oil changes and Trip #1 for gas fills. For whatever reason Trip #2 keeps resetting to 0 every few days. Trip #1 only resets when I want it to. Am I missing something?

I have a 2012 Genesis that was hit in the rear-minor fix. The Navigation/radio screen went blue, it lights up but I can't see anything. Radio plays but again no visual. I hit the reset button by the disk slot and it shuts off. Any suggestions?
