shifting

Hi All, I am a proud owner of a new 3.8 coupe with a manual 6 speed. I have been driving a manual for 15 years and this car is quite finicky. Has anybody experienced a similar issue? I read a lot about the "Rev Hang" issue on the 2.0turbos. I don't know if this is the same thing. Thank you.
