Has anyone experienced any slight 'grinding' of gears (syncronizer problem)when shifting from 1st to 2nd gear?

My 2010 Genesis makes a clunking noise (rattle) on the right side when going over uneven surfaces at low speed. The Hyundai techs hear the noise, but cannot find the cause. Any similar problems out there?

The 2011 BMW 5-series only offers the 8-speed transmission on their V-6 RWD model, the AWD models and V-8 only offer the 6-speed transmission. What does BMW know that Hyundai does not

2011 v-8 genesis ...not sure if it's my imagination, the settings are correct and the volume on my radio doesn't seem to adjust to speed levels and even stopping. Have other drivers found this, or should i be bringing the car in for service
