At 36,000 my 2009 4.6 started sticking in 3rd - even at freeway speeds and would not go past 3rd after a hot restart. Only after a thorough cool-down would the car get past 3rd gear (reverse was ok). Hyundai REPLACED the transmission (under warranty). Any body else have this happen or similar...
