I was looking at Mapnsoft that the new map update (v9.5) for the 2013 and 2014 Genesis sedans are $338. According to the website is $169 for map update plus $169 for Media. Is this an error? or we need to do (and be charged) for two different updates at the same time? :confused:

V9 of the maps, I have maps version 7.43.43. I have no idea how much of an upgrade that would be, and naturally a v9.5 for full price comes next month. The email came from hmausa.com but the map update site is mapnsoft.com. And it's "in home only", not sure how that would work

The original Nav system in 2015 Ultimate is so frequently wrong and stupid that I don't use it. Has anyone upgraded to the new map/software? They want $300 for it. I am wondering if the algorithms are any better and can take traffic into account and pick a reasonable route for a change.

I called a Genesis dealer in my area asking about getting an update on my navigation maps. He told me that it would be around $500 do do the update. That seems very expensive. Is there any way I can get the update files and install them myself vs having the dealer do it? Thank you for all your help.
