  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I picked up my Canadian 2010 3.8, Titanium/black - fully badged, last week.
I was parked at a mall in Kingston, Ontario and when we came out of a store, there was a small group of people standing on the sidewalk looking at the car. We didn't say anything but listened to their comments. After they all talked about how nice the car was, a man said he had never seen one before, but based on other cars, he figured this one probably cost at least $100,000.

What a car:):)

Cheap at twice the price! .:D

100,000..... Sure in Canadian dollars!....... just kidding.. good story...

the question is... how many go look at a dealer after seeing such a great car...

sales are not what Hyundai expected....

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
for me too, the uniqueness is part of the fun of driving a Genesis. As far as sales being less than Hyundai forecast, I think their estimates were made prior to the economic slowdown.

Hey, we're almost at par these days:)

re the question: I have never seen the Genesis advertised here, either on TV or in print in the newspaper. The genesis coupe, yes, but not the sedan. No one I've talked to even knows they also have a premium sedan. IMO, Hyundai Canada really needs to do some "legwork" to get the car out there.

true... last time I was up north the Dollar was still worth about 1.35...
