  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Anyone changed out spark plugs on their 2015-2016 Genesis yet?

Love mine too! I just logged a 2000 mile round trip for the holidays averaging about 500-600 miles at a time w/ my 5.0 Ultimate getting ~ 24.5 mpg @ speeds between 75-85 mph... It's born for the Interstate!

The only weak link was that my ass would suffer a lack of blood flow towards the end of a travel leg. Otherwise, thanks to the driving aids, I arrived to a destination in good condition - something I couldn't say about making the same trip in my old Infiniti G35s.

I’ve got 78,000 miles on mine and still enjoy the ride every day I drive it. Took it on a 3000k road trip back in July and it ran like a champ. Took the Blue Ridge Parkway from Cherokee NC to Skyline Drive then on to Front Royal. It handled the mountains with ease. Like noted above, on highway driving we got 25 mpg with the 420hp 5.0. Love it.

Back to your question, I haven’t had the plugs changed yet. I get all the prescribed maintenance done but not at the 100k mark yet.

Yeah... Around 24-25 mpg w/ 420hp V8 in a 4500lb car is pretty impressive!
