So I have a 2014 Genesis sec gen. And it had the blue link sound system in it. My amp recently went bad according to the dealership. I checked all the fuses and connections and nothing I still have no sound.
the amp that the dealer says I need is the most expensive one. I can’t find one under $1k it’s the 96370B1100 part number.
My question is, Genesis used differnt Amps depending on the sound options that came with the car, can I install the cheaper amp part number - 96525-B1050 - it’s only $200. I understand I may loose some function from Bluetooth or blue link or navigation, however my primary goal is getting the radio to work.
any ideas or suggestions?
