  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

14000 miles on factory tires

2 of my tires were replaced when I bought my car in March 2012 as a dealer demo with only 5K miles. I thought that was too few miles to be replacing tires.
I just got an alignment last week. The service department mentioned that the alignment on new Geneses go out of whack early on for some unexplained reason. They suggested getting an alignment done at least once a year.
So far I've put 10K on the car; we'll see what happens.

I have had only two aligments in 73,000 miles. Not out much either time.

Same here, about 14k on the oem dunlops, replaced them with Bridgestone Serenity Plus, have about the same 14k on them and they still look new, very happy with them, soft smooth quiet ride.
I live in S. Florida, the composition in the materials used in road paving includes ground coral which eats up tires .
