hell I should have waited. that 5.0 is WAY cheap if you ask me. 45k????? really. I'm so upside down already. should be more like 48-50k if you ask me.

Maybe this will make you feel better. The car you are referring to on Carmax is
NOT a 5.0 but as stated a 3.8 tech. According to other posts on this forum, prices paid fo a new tech were in the range of 41 to 43k, maybe slightly lower now in the new year. I believe the price is not out of line although somewhat on the lower side. :)

The bad news is that Carmax only paid about $40K for the car! Some poor guy took a haircut.
 
I paid just under $50k for my 5.0 ultimate with $1500 in rebates.
