2 New Recalls

I guess one of these recalls will work for me because when i'm driving with the radio off, i can hear wind coming into the cabin. at first i thought it was the AC but i turned everything off and drove it in the highway and still heard the wind noise.

Do you know the build dates these TSBs refer to? Are all elgible? Mine already has the Michelin tires. BD: 03/27/2015
