  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

20” wheels

The TPMS issue seems to be my fault, the sensors are operating as they should, they are just not the proper ones for the vehicle.
The ones I bought from Amazon were listed as being 433MHz and for Hyundai/Kia vehicles, so I ordered them. Had I scrolled much further down I would have noticed the list of models and years that they were compatible with and that no recent or Genesis vehicles were among them.

I'll swap them out this weekend. I now have cool TPMS tool and programmable sensors, so I can read the OE sensors and tell the new ones to mimic the frequency & serial numbers of the originals.

Did you get your TPMS issue worked out? If so could you post links to the programable sensors and programming tool you purchased.

Thanks

@Looney100, how much range do you think you gained by going from 21" to 18"? 1691768153840.webp

It’s tough to say, as they went on as the weather for cold and the heater would have been used more.
This might provide some idea of what to expect. It suggests going from 20 to 19 provides ~5% more range. Obviously wheel weight is what drives savings, so a few variables to consider
