"Black" in color, will not match cashmere trim exactly (which is more of a dark mocha), but I used it without much ugliness. No one ever noticed the darker shade.

It's genuine Hyundai parts, and yes the wiring is plug and play. Even if your car has non-illuminated sills, the plug is still a part of the cars harness underneath the existing sills.
