2009 Genesis shop manual

I tried to download the shop manual for the 2009 4.6 Genesis from a link in this forum. I have windows 10. no success. I received a file application with 1060 KB Application with the Hyndia insignia. Macromedia 7.0 ? this program looks to have died in 2003. I can't open this file? Edge will not ,as well?

the manual was downloaded. I am having no success opening this file
