  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

2010 4.6 Tech front and back pads and rotors

I am also looking to replace the rotors and pads on my 2010 4.6 , but, while looking online, I found some oddities. The first, sometimes they ask if the car was built before 2/23/10- luckily I found that info on the door jam (mine was built 2/10/10). The second is harder to figure out, some sites ask if I have 12.6" or 13" rotors. How would I figure that out?

I am also looking at Powerstop rotors and Z23 pads. Frank4.6, what did you decide to go with?

I haven't changed them yet I had a little more left on there when I checked them then I thought. I'm probably not going to change them until next summer. If you end up changing them out please let me know I would love to hear your feedback

....Just placed a set of these on my 09 4.6 front & rear with pads and you know what .....they stop my car just fine........
Premium Replacement Brake Rotors
What brand are those rotors? I'm sure there's a few Brands out there that work fine but the OEM is definitely above fine and they last a long time just not sure those ones you recommend they are like a no name.

....no sir ...the most trouble I had was removing the Phillip head screw holding the rotors on, after you remove the wheel...but other than that , just like any other car....

.....ive been using brake performance rotors for some time now on different vehicles , their on my Toyota sienna, my niece just drove up from V.A. for me to put her new set on her BMW X5.....their products do their job for the $$$.......i also don't recommend , I only inform the route in which I chosed to travel.....so if I fcuk up ill inform you not to travel down the same road lmao......

Thanks for the advice!
