  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Okay I bought a 2010 hyundai genesis 4.6 from a good friend of mine about a year ago and all has been great up until now!! It started with maybe 3 or 4 months ago I noticed that my cooling fan wasn't working correctly due to the plug of the fan which plugs into the module under the fuse box. What I found was that the module was messed up from a bad connection so I replaced module and fan came on! So fast forward to today and I've had to replace my cooling fan assembly because of the plug ..... the connectors have gotten bad within the plug so I ordered 1 assembly from advanced auto parts and installed along with replacing the thermostat, temperature sensor and wiring harness to temperature sensor and also even replaced the mass airflow tube (just noting everything I've replaced) ...... but now my a/c is not working....for example whenever I used to set it at 68°f, it felt like 68°f but now at 68°f it feels like normal air coming out of vents. I popped the hood and felt the a/c line and it was cold so there's freon in it and it's compressing it because it's cold(line) but it's not transferring that cold farther than that a/c line! Any help would be greatly appreciated!

I understand your desire to have this noticed and responded to by as many as possible, however it is generally considered bad edicate to duplicate posts in multiple forums on the same site. Let's stick with your other post on this.

Where the filter goes there's a piece that is like a door or flap or something....is that supposed to be open??? It's underneath the filter!
