I have a 2010 Genesis Coupe 3.8 with the 6-speed ZF automatic transmission with 124k miles. I've had a problem with the car getting stuck between 4 and 5 gear at times. I had the car scanned by a transmission specialist and they said it was something internal with the e gear? The transmission fluid was changed and no metal was in the fluid though. The code also read something to do with a solenoid though. I've read on forums solenoids can go bad on these Zf transmissions? I was curious has anyone had their genesis get stuck between 4 and 5 gear at random times?
