Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. 2010 Genisis sedan Navigation upgrade (touch only)HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have posted this before with no luck. I thought i would try again so he we go..
I have a 2010 Genisis sedan with the touch only Navigation. I recently bought the upgrade disk from the dealer and did the upgrade.Once the upgrade was done i no longer have and text in the menus.Just blank boxes.I read in the directions that this is common and if it happens to call MapNsoft. I did and they said i had to go to the dealer.The dealer wants 145.00 hour and the disk cost 140.00. This is getting expensive and was wondering if someone knows how to factory default my unit . i have tryed but i cant read any text and it keeps locking up.PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!
