    If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. 2010 Touch Screen map update?

I called my dealer to see about an update (I have a 2010, non-tech (touchscreen) map version 1.09.13). The service manager told me to go to mapnsoft.com, which I did. I found one update, specified for non-touchscreen only, which can't be downloaded - mapnsoft says you have to visit the dealer to get it.

So I don't know if an update exists for my car, let alone how to get it. Does anybody know anything more about this? (BTW, my dealership is very good about most things Genesis, and it is true that some updates can be downloaded from mapnsoft, apparently just not the one I need, if it exists).
