Anybody knows whats the different between 2010 genesis sedan and 2012 sedan?
Like can headlights fit from 2012 on 2010
Taillights can they fit on 2010 from 2012?
 
yes they will fit.
 
Also, different grills, different tailpipes too.

Why bother to change things. Enjoy it as is, or buy a ‘12.

2012 The headlights and taillights looks better then the 2010 and i like my 2010 it has only 50k miles on it
 
I thought I remember a thread a number of years back addressing that the 2012 taillights do not fit exactly right on the 2009-2011, but I'm not certain. Research carefully.
