2011 3.8 sedan climate control blower not working intermittently

I have a 2011 sedan 3.8 over the last few days the climate control (ac or heat) will not come on at startup. It has happened three times. Once six months ago and twice this week. After driving for 20+ minutes it starts to work. And it always works the next time I drive it. Any clues. I figure if the fuse or relay had failed it would not work at all. Thanks in advance. Glad I found this forum.

I have realized this only occurs when the engine is hot(not overheated). I.E. driven to store with AC working, come out of store and it doesn't work. Always works when engine is cold.
