I've been away from this forum for a while but since I've been away here is a quick update on how the car is holding up and mods:
4.18 coupe rear diff
Muffler delete
E50 ECU flash by Gelashvili performance
TCU tune
Stand alone transmission cooler.

Car puts out 430rwhp and 395rwtq on e50. Car runs fine on full e85 will revise tune in January.
60-130 11.5
Quarter mile 12.1* @114.6 on the track. Have been faster on the road

I will soon be able to flash tune others as well. Ask away!

Car currently has 188k miles all oem parts excluding the starter which recently went out. This car is a tank

I can be found on YouTube under "Kim jong UN 5.0" as well as IG

im assuming the limiter was removed?
Yes, limiter removed and rev limiter increased to 7600rpm
Makes peak HP at 7300 and peak torque around 4000

Have you done anything to strengthen the transmission ? I saw that you use a transmission cooler.. what model if you don't mind me asking ?

I watched your YouTube videos... Absolutely awesome. I do have tuned ECU and TCM as well as intake and exhaust work. I keep breaking transmissions though. I'm learning through the forums that I need an external tranny cooler, so I'm trying to find out as much as I can by those that have performance mods on their vehicle and pushing the envelope,... and as far as I can see bro you are the number one car in the country for that !

So far yes. I'm trying to see how far the Tau can be pushed. I'm also running redline lightweight racing ATF

Are you running a mix of the Hyundai RR or Ravenol RR along with the red line ATF or just pure red line ATF ? Also should I use the red line if I'm daily driving the car ?

I'm using straight redline. But keep in mind, my car has 195k miles and is basically a guinea pig at this point. Although I feel redline is superior to the OEM fluid, I'm not sure about long term

I've been trying to find a Genesis Coupe's LSD (mechanical) but none of the EBay suppliers can tell me if the units they have are the mechanical LSDs. Do you have some Diff numbers and maybe their ratio numbers I can follow up? Also I believe you once said you used the 3.8 Gen 2012 sedan's axle shafts to mate up with to the coupe LSD? Any special years or all are the same? Any real problems with the fit?

Sill trying to get some advice on using the coupe 3.8 LSD. Are the splines the same as those in the 5.0 or must you use the coupes or 3.8 sedan's? Any other potential problems when exchanging the rear ends that one should know about? Thanks

There is no issues running a coupe diff. Just use 3.8 sedan axleshafts. I launch on the race track with radials and pull 1g on takeoff 60ft is 1.82 and 0-60 4.1 you are safe
