  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello everyone my name is Joseph. I have a 2012 Equus. Today while driving my bags went out on me and my ride was very choppy. I am not sure if it's the bags or a leak somewhere. I have replaced both on the front before. At this point I'm ready to take the bags off. Hbd anyone converted to shocks and struts before?
What brand did you use?
Were you able to do do the work on your own or did you pay a shop?

I have a 2011 and had the same issue as many have. The bags will eventually wear out and leak. I think the consensus is do the conversion kit. I wish I would have. I have replaced the entire system over time at a higher expense and if I still have the car and experience a problem I will convert. Other than this, I love the car.
