Have a problem with nav system after inputing a destination. Normally the system should provide an option for 3 different routes; fastest time, shortest distance or minimum freeway. My nav sytem only provides one route. Anyone having this problem?

Normally the "system should" or "system does"? If "does", but not for this particular destination, maybe there is only 1 route?
I only use mine for long distance trips to destinations I don't know, so can't say I've even seen those alternate options. I guess you could try resetting to factory specs and try again.

Thanks for response. Iv'e tried all you suggest. I think it's a software shortcoming. Hyundai dealer says they have an update that should fix the problem. My hopes are not high. Will let you know.
 
I have a 2014 Equus, the traffic menu Is 'grayed out' can not get to the sub-menu as shown In the book. I have Navtraffic and XM says It Is not their problem Has anyone ever heard of this type problem..

If you can wait 3 weeks for a 2500 mile round trip I'll answer.
Haven't used NAV for a 250 mile trip or local driving in the month I've had the 2014. Knew where I was going.
