2012 Genesis Rspec sedan

I have a 2012 Rspec sedan that I am interested in selling. Silver with the standard black leather interior. Conditions at my employer have changed and I don't feel comfortable having 30k tied up in a vehicle anymore. The vehicle has 18k miles and has been serviced every 5000 miles using Mobile 1 oil at the dealership. It has a few stone chips in the front consistent with driving it on the highway. Original continental tires and rims. There is touch up paint on the right rear door about the size of a pencil eraser and perfectly round where the dealership hit it with something. I elected not to have the door repainted. There is also a 100k/7 year hpp on the vehicle that began 9/2012 with 7000 miles. Warranty miles and years are added to the age and miles when the protection plan is purchased. There is a 100 deductible. Interior is in great condition, seats do not look worn, there is a screen protector on the navigation display. I installed Genesis badges on the trunk, hood, and rims. The is also a Genesis sticker on the air bag. There are also weather tech floor liners and a trunk liner in the car. I am asking 34,000 for the vehicle without the warranty, 35,000 with the warranty included. I plan on trading the car in this weekend and figured I would see if anyone on the forum is interested first. I'm located in Houston Texas, and there is a loan on the car through hyundai motor finance. I am not opposed to holding off on the trade in if someone shows interest. Thanks.
