  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hello Genesis Owners! I recently purchased my 2012 R-Spec and am considering changing the wheels, but I have no clue what the resale value is on the factory ones. Any help with that would be greatly appreciated. I would consider keeping them, but I simply don't have the room and would much rather get a large amount of the money needed to buy the new ones.

I paid 1150$USD for R spec wheels and tires including shipping from Texas. The purchase was made from a tire shop who used EBay to sell. They were boxed and shipped on a pallet via UPS. Shipping was 200$ to Washington State..ShipHappens. Picture on page two of the Hyundai Genesis Pictures forum.

Have interest in wheels and tires, are tires standard or Bridgestone PO4's?

I would be interested if the price were right:)

Thanks for the info. That's seems like a really good price. What kind of tires did they come with?

Thanks for the interest. They have the standard tires on them.

They came with Continental Serenity tires. They are very quit so far. They had under 300 miles on them when I first purchased. Had to balance them as the TPMS monitors were removed.

It seems that there is a mix-up with some people who are mis reading the forums. So to attempt to help these people out in their speed reading competence, I will bow out of the conversations on this thread. Good luck in selling your rims and tires I have heard them going for as much as $2000. I would ask for $2000 if I were you.

Thanks, Kev4. While the wheels are in perfect condition, the tires have 13k miles on them so I was thinking $1,500. I saw some for $2,000 as well, but the tires were practically new.

Good luck. I'm sure you will have success as they are very popular rims.

I'd pay $1k for them if you ship to Tampa FL

Some have sold for less than 1000 with 95% rubber and I parted with a set of four; albeit with rash and 10% tires for 300 . Supply/demand/garage/space
