2012 Sedan V6 + Premium Pack. Deal

Hello everyone,

I'm looking for 2012 Genesis Sedan V6 + Premiumpack. Last weekend I got a qoute like this. Do you think it is a good deal?

- MSRP : $39,850 (2012 Genesis Sedan V6 + Premium pack.)
- Invoice : $37,538
- My Qoute : $34,965 + Tax $3,015(NY, 8.625%) + DMV Fee $220(Title, Plate, etc..) = OTD $38,200

OTD $38,200 include all of rebate, sale tax, DMV fee and documentation fee. There is no additional cost for me. I have no car now and will pay by cash.

How do you think about above deal?

according to truecar.com, a great deal in the NY area would be $35k, including $1500 rebate, before tax.
