  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

I need to replace the receiving TPMS module. I cannot find it. I looked behind the dash but maybe not well enough. Has someone had to replace theirs?
Thank you

Looking to update and upgrade your Genesis luxury sport automobile? Look no further than right here in our own forum store - where orders are shipped immediately!
Here is a pic from the service manual. I have no idea the location based on this picture and the manual does not describe the location.
Good luck.Capture.webp

Thank you. I really can't tell where this is but thank you for your help.
If I had to guess, I would say under the dash to the right of the center console. That looks like steel dash reinforcements to me.

Ok, great! Thank you. I will look there.

I once read somewhere that it is behind the glove box, so you would drop the glove box down just like you were changing the cabin air filter. I can't confirm that it's there though....just what I read once. Perhaps somebody can confirm/correct this information at some point!

Did you (or anyone) ever find it? :)
I will know soon as I have the TPMS icon and am going to have the dealer "Flash" it as I had all 4 sensors replaced.
