2013 3.8 no crank no start

I have owned a 2013 3.8 sdan for alittle over a month second day Ihad it I had to replace the alternator. I have been havinbg to touch fob to pts button to start since day one. Yes, I have changed thew fob baTTERY TWICE. mONDAY i WAs driving and my car just died. I had a portable jump box with me and it restarted eaSILY, BUT Hd no power . i turned it off and then jumped it again. again, no power. I hae noticed eaRLIER IN THE DAY THAT AUTO ROLL DOWN DRIVERS WINDOW WAsn't auto rolling down. anyway, got a jump from a freiend and still same problem pulled battery brought it home and chargwd it overnight and purchased a new battery from walmart. next day went back a\nd purt new batter5y in it staerted easily, but after maybe 1/4 milwe lost power and sataetewd to die. I cjhanged to other battery and samew thingf hgappened. I ended up getting iot toed home. put my fnew battery with fresh charge in car now key fob locks, unlocks doors opens trunk, car will not crank or start AT all. I did change key fob battery i have checkewd P/N switch, braqke switch and satarter and all are fine. diagnostic scanner not communicating with car. It dsid when I first bougfht thw caR but now doesn't. I am getting 132.8 volts to main wiresa feeding Jump remote location anf power distributionm/fuse box on passwenger aside under hood. lights, all accessories work fine, just no crank, no start. also when checking STArter relay and fuse Y ANDS FUSE, I am not getting power to either fuse or relay in box, however, I am getting power to ecu fusesa and relay in same box ??? I'm scratching my heaD AND WONDERING WTF>?
