  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Hi, I'm hoping someone can offer me some input on my 2013 Genesis 3.8 liter. I'm in need of changing my front struts and rear shocks on the car. I'm interested in using the front factory struts and rear factory shocks for a 2013 Hyundai Genesis 5. Liter Rspec. I have a friend that works at the Hyundai dealership and on his computer, there should be no issue for me to use the 5 liter Rspec parts for both the struts and the shocks. I'm hoping someone may have some practical input on this conversion and may have tried or completed a similar conversion. I've done in the past using the front calipers and rotors for the 5 liter Rspec and the braking difference is amazing. I'm now considering making the upgrade on the struts and shocks and was hoping for some possible Guidance. Thanks 👍
