2013 Genesis Sedan right head light keeps blinking

My Right head light keeps blinking and making a bell dinging sound in dash when I start car and when I come to a stop as if something is in the path of my headlight, but nothing's blocking the path and all lights are working properly

That indication on your LCD display is one of your parking sensors telling you that an object is within a certain distance from the passenger front side of your car. You have parking sensors front and rear.

Correct. If nothing in the way, chances are the sensor is going bad. Make sure it is clean as mud, snow, bugs can affect it. Some will go off when close to another car with rear sensors.
