Bought this car based on reviews, but boy I should have read this forum first. Got a good deal from a little old lady who owned it from new, really good shape and never abused. Took it to get aligned and discovered that the front springs were collapsed, too much negative camber, and my tires were bald on the inside. None, zero, nada, rien, any language you want there are no aftermarket struts or springs. I called Eibach, H&R, everyone: nothing. Only stock factory springs from the dealer. $500 for two springs, no strut, not including installation. I started looking at all 5.0 R Spec's for sale and every single one of them have collapsed front springs. Sorry, I bought the last 2 out of 3 available in the country. The car pulled to the right from the minute I bought it so I took it to Tire Kingdom for alignment, after three times they refunded my money. Took it to the dealer who told me it was perfect: drove out of the lot and it pulled to the right just as hard. The dealers hide behind its "within factory spec", meanwhile my car wants to kill me above 50 mph into the ditch. The difference was the dealer wouldn't refund my money when they couldn't fix it. Now I know why I see so many R Spec's for parts after being driven into a tree. Guys, these cars are filled with parts that no one has in the aftermarket and Hyundai does not support anymore. Where are you finding parts that are Genesis Sedan specific?
