2013 RSpec, yes or no?

Looking a 2 2012 rspec. Can you tell me when the oil burning problem was fixed --- build date when the problem was fixed. Thanks
 
I drive a 2012 RSpec and change the oil every 3K miles. It's always about 3/4 quart low when it's changed. Hope this helps.
