  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

2014 Equus Signature

I have a '14 Genesis, which was on the lot for over a year. Do check your battery. Mine was dead on arrival and dealer replaced it.
Check steering wheel leather for cracking and pulling. Leather on these wheels is drawn very tightly and tends to dry out and small gill-like cracks occur. It should be replaced under warranty - then use lots of leather conditioner to keep it soft.
Your Equus probably is loaded with an obsolete navigation program. Should be delivered with current program in place. Dealer probably will not voluntarily upgrade, but call Hyundai Customer Service - they reimbursed me for the cost of the upgrade ($165).
Advise an 'early" oil change as the motor oil has been in this car for two years now.

I would probably go for 2015 Ultimate since its a year newer and you are getting a comparable discounts on the ultimate. As FastDEW1 said, You won't see that many Ultimate models on the used car market hence may hold value better.
