2014 R-Spec rear coupler question

I have not found really that much info regarding the rear coupler if I use the stock part number. I assume since the dealer only wants you to change the whole driveshaft this might be the reason? I am not sure.

I did see a thread from 2010Genny who said the Dorman version # 935-107 works on his 2010. Drive Shaft coupler for 4.6l

Luckily the front coupler looks perfect. If anyone has any info I am open ears.

There was a thread here where someone found out the the coupler was used in the porsche cayanne I believe. The poster was saying that the Dorman one didn't fit his sedan. Here is the thread post.
