  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

For the fun of it, I checked Edmund's.com for pricing for a 5.0 rear drive only Genesis. The 2015 list price is about a little over $4000 more. That's without the ultimate option.

Glad I like my 2013-----------there's no way that there are $4000 worth of improvements and added features.

I agree - the 2015 is nice, but not so nice that I'd pay $25-30K plus my 2010 to buy one. I like the styling of the pre-2015's better also.

+1...

And that's exactly why I just bought a 2014 R-Spec. I figured I saved about $15 Grand, after the discounts on the 2014.

Not loving the new design. Maybe in a few years. Seriously tempted to trade in my 2012 for a 2013 or 14 and perhaps get past the first update on the new design. I'm really curious about how sales of the new model are going.

I suspect Hyundai is a little disappointed with sales in July. At first there was shortage of cars and they said it would be several months before Hyundai Circle Pricing (for members of Hyundai Think Tank) would be available, and all of sudden those Circle prices are now available. But I actually think sales will pick up if they get back to way pricing was before (average of about $5k off MSRP). Obviously, pricing on remaining 2013/2014 stock is going for about $10K off MSRP.

They evidently are readily available to dealers. Our local Dodge, Lincoln, and Hyundai dealer has never sold a lot of Genesis and often didn't have one in stock. He got his first 2015 in a couple of months ago and sold it. He now has another on his lot.
