  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

Does anyone know what these four dots are supposed to indicate? I couldn't find anything in the Owner's manual, and every time I look at them, it seems they are showing the same thing.

Thanks,
Rick

That you are on the first of four vertical pages?

Don't think so, the pages scroll horizontally... Nice thought though.

Thanks,
Rick

I thought they all scrolled horizontally and vertically. Check your owner's manual.

You’re well on Page 1 of Tab 1. Scroll down.

You’re not saying you are missing out on over 80% of the features of your cluster, are you?

If you cannot scroll, your wheel may be broken.

Well, that's the answer. I was stupid. The wheel works just fine and there are indeed 3 other pages: Trip meter A, Trip meter B, and a display that only shows mph. As far as I can see, there is nothing in the Owner's Manual that mentions this functionality.

Anyway, mystery solved.

Thanks everybody.

The LCD display modes can be
changed by using the control buttons
on the steering wheel.
(1) : MODE button for changing
modes
(2) ▲, ▼ : MOVE switch for changing
items
(3) OK : SELECT/RESET button for
setting or resetting the
selected item
(4) : BACK button for moving to
upper level menu (if equipped)
For more information on LCD
modes, refer to "LCD Display" in
the next pages of this chapter.
