Hallelujah & PTL, It looks like we finally have a solution.
Here's a follow up guys, hopefully the final follow up.
With the rash of cold weather here in so Cal, I was finally able to get the dash to fail and drive it all the way to the Hyundai dealer in failure mode (about 14 miles) to show the service writer the failure.
The service writer witnessed the dead Tach & Speedo, the flashing TPMS, Check Engine, and ESC lights. He asked that I leave it running for the Tech to put a computer on it and they found CAN bus errors.
The Service Manager asked if he could drive it home to see if he can replicate the issue the following morning and I agreed.
I contacted the Service Manager the following morning to confirm that he was able to replicate and the SM stated that he didn't have to take it home since it started failing as soon as he drove 2 minutes down the road.
So, after 2 weeks of diagnosis, they have determined that there is a short in the Wire Harness causing the failure when below 45 degrees.
The parts are on order and they expect about a week to remove and replace the harness.
I hope to have it back by the end of next week and put this issue behind us.
