2015 with power trunk wont open - even with Key

Ok so my car is acting crasy, i had trouble with my power trunk before and it was factory fixed by the dealership before, now the trunk is completly locked and wont open with key, remote, inside button and i wont even open with the emergency hacth inside the trunk. NO the valter button is not the issue. How can i get the trunk open, i think ill have to remove the rear seats

Spray WD-40 in the key hole and see if that works with the key. If not, take it to the dealer. If you have a 2015, I assume it is under warranty.

I sprayed WD 40 on the inside lacth. The key turns i do not see how wd40 will help but i will try it

Did you ever figure this out? Having same issue. Key turns so I won't wste time spraying wd40 in it. It's not the button in glove compartment either. Next I will move rear seats to get into trunk and see if I can open with screw driver or wd40 on latch.
