2016 Genesis Coupe radio information screen.

Screen comes on however no information. The radio, works, ac etc. I replaced the screen it started to work but then no information. I disconnected the battery checked all fuses. Finally the far right area of the screen came on but nothing on the rest of the screen. It was crystal clear but then faded out. Is there a way to just test the screen ?'' Can the radio be the cause if every thing else works? I am new to this forum and can use some help.
