2016 Hyundai Genesis 3.8 AWD making whirring noises near Front passenger side

Hello,

My 2016 Genesis 3.8 AWD with around 60K miles is making whirring noises for the last 2-3 months. It particularly makes this noise in the morning between speed of 30 -40 MPH. I have taken it to the Hyundai dealer twice in hot summer afternoons and this noise did not reproduce.
But most mornings and evenings while leaving for work from home or arriving back, on the same stretch (which is newly paved and very smooth), I can hear this noise.
One of the dealer suggested since I have 3 new COOPER tires and 1 Michelin (all placed around Fall 2018), it may be a cause of road force balancing.

Has anyone else had this issue? Any possible recommendations?

I would start by getting all 4 tires the same. Sounds like a wheel bearing to me.

Having 1 different tire on a all wheel drive vehicle Can cause wierd unusual problems.

It can also damage the system if the tires are not of a uniform size. So if you have a blowout, the tire place will have to shave the tread down on the new tire to match the other 3.
