2016 Hyundai Genesis Screen not turning on

Hello, I have a 2016 Hyundai genesis with the ultimate trim (big screen). Today the screen (infotainment) would not turn on. I have seen this once before but the next time I got in the car it worked fine. Has this been a problem for anyone else with the ultimate? I cannot connect to Bluetooth or see any climate control info the screen is just turned off. Thanks!

If you shine a light at it, can you see an image? Or is it just blank even under directed light?

You should also check the radio fuse, maybe pull it and reinstall. If it's still dead you may need to see a dealer or shop with a scan tool capable of checking the radio.

The screen is blank completely not on at all

Hell ya took the multimedia fuses out put them back in and it worked!

If it happens again you might be able to get away with taking out the Map SD card and reinstalling. If the radio is stuck/frozen this will force it to reboot.

I've found that a lot of issues on these cars seem to be solvable with a "reboot"...
