2018 5.0 Rough at startup

Car has 25k miles, last few months started running rough for first 20 seconds, until speed drops. Anyone else find this happening? Any suggestions? Afraid it would have to be at dealer for weeks if they take it serious, since it only lasts 20 seconds each cold startup. Did clean throttle body and mass aairflow sensor, no change. Stopped there.
