  • Hint: Use a descriptive title for your new message
If you're looking for help and want to draw people in who can assist you, use a descriptive subject title when posting your message. In other words, "I need help with my car" could be about anything and can easily be overlooked by people who can help. However, "I need help with my transmission" will draw interest from people who can help with a transmission specific issue. Be as descriptive as you can. Please also post in the appropriate forum. The "Lounge" is for introducing yourself. If you need help with your G70, please post in the G70 section - and so on... This message can be closed by clicking the X in the top right corner.

As I drive on a long trip (2 hours or more) my 2018 G80 3.8 AC will drastically slow down to practically nothing. I can bearly feel a very tiny bit of air flow. If I restart it after 20-30 minutes, it will properly flow again. This will occur several times on a 6 hours trip. Any ideas of the cause/remedy?

Yes, it has been discussed a lot. Your evaporator is freezing up. The first step is to check the refrigerant level. You can reduce the frequency of this happening by selecting recycle and manual high fan speed.

Follow the information Joegr pointed out. If low on refrigerant, you have to find and fix the leak or it will happen again. Given the age of the car, minor loss is fairly common. In my case, the evap coil had to be replaced at $1500.
